Mette and Michel Assouline have long been established as experienced producers of dressage horses and can help you through the difficult process of finding and buying a dressage horse or arranging the sale of a dressage horse.

They have supplied dressage horses to top international riders Carl Hester and Jane Bredin-Gregory (UK), Marietta Almasy (France), Claudia Aulenbacher and Michael Klimke (Germany) as well as Ursula Travers (USA), Polly Hodges and Rebecca Drane (UK) with two international Young Rider Team horses.

If you would like to sell your dressage horse we can give you a free assessment at our premises. We can then take care of marketing your horse on your behalf, supervise his daily training and viewings to potential customers. Managing the sale process will also be our responsibility and that includes vetting and transport arrangements.

Horses can be stabled at the dressage livery yard for training and horses for sale’s livery, and concentrated courses.

Escapado (pictured left with Carl Hester) was produced by Assouline Dressage from a 3 year old to a ridden National Young Horse British Championship finalist before being sold on to Carl at the age of 6. Escapado and Carl then became UK National Grand Prix Champions, and were best of the British Team at the Athens Olympics to score more than 71% in the Grand Prix Special.

Michel and Mette also produced 'High Fashion' on behalf of a client pictured opposite. This licensed black stallion by Hohenstein achieved the top price at The 2000 Equilibra Auction as a 4 year old, a record for a British non-Thoroughbred sale to this day. They also produced the 1999 top priced Equilibra Challenge Auction horse, 'Remember Me', also on behalf of a client.
